Who we are
Sing Your Way Home is a vocal studio in Singapore operated by Phoenix Ascend Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”). We follow the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, phone number and email address, when you message us on WhatsApp, email or call us, or book a lesson.
- Booking and payment records, such as the lessons and packages you buy, attendance and invoices, kept in our booking system.
- Lesson information, such as notes on your goals and progress, to plan your lessons.
- Website data, such as pages visited and the device and browser used, collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiries and arrange, remind you of and run your lessons.
- To take payment, issue invoices and keep financial records.
- To understand how our website is used and to measure and improve our advertising.
We will not use your personal data for other purposes without telling you and, where required, asking for your consent.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the studio, such as our booking and scheduling platform, payment providers, and Google and Meta for email, website analytics and advertising. They may only use it to provide their services to us. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies and advertising
Our website uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) measurement tools. These use cookies to record visits, measure whether our ads lead to bookings and show our ads to people who have visited the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, for example for financial records.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent for us to use it. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer arrange lessons for you.
